What can I do if I have been denied coverage?
Unfortunately, there are times when we cannot offer you the coverage you desire. You do have other options, including coverage through your State's High Risk Pool. Please call the number on your letter for additional information. You also have the right to appeal our denial of coverage. If you wish to appeal, please print off the attached form and mail it to us at the address on the form.
