Introducing a form for submitting member issues directly to customer service, one that’s backed by a process designed for quick reply and resolution.
Submit a standard member issue such as claims, billing, payment, or benefits questions and expect a response within one business day and resolution in three to five days. For more complex issues, response time is also one day and resolution in seven to 10 business days.
You’ll be asked to provide details about the issue, date of occurrence, member, and plan information. You also can attach up to seven documents with your submission.
