Building upon our award-winning Customer Service, we introduced Blue Connect – a concierge program designed to give members access to even more information and resources to provide a truly personalized experience based on their unique healthcare needs.

Our expert Blue Connect concierge team proactively engages with members, serving as healthcare advocates by delivering expanded customer service that builds within three tiers.
