That’s why we created the new Blue KC Virtual Care app. This app provides Blue KC members virtual 24/7 access to a board-certified doctor or behavioral health therapist right from their smartphone, tablet, or computer. Available in both the Apple Store and the Google Play store, this app is private, secure, affordable, and always ready to help.
Urgent or sick care needs
No appointment necessary, and the cost is $59 per visit. Depending on your plan’s cost share, your charge may be less. For Spira Care members (excluding Spira Care HSA Eligible members) urgent/sick virtual care appointments are FREE.

Licensed psychologists and counselors are available for scheduled sessions, with visits starting at $85 but varying by provider (applies toward your deductible). Depending on your plan’s cost share, your charge may be less.
