Your New Blue KC Member ID Card
We have made a few changes to our member ID cards, including updated phone numbers. If you have a 2020 Blue KC policy, you and anyone covered on your policy will receive a new member ID card. You should begin using your new card January 1, 2020.
When you receive your new ID card, there will be a sticker asking you to call and confirm receipt. When you call, you’ll be invited to sign-up to receive text messages from us. This service will provide important updates, education and resources about your Blue KC policy throughout the year.
Your card contains important information your doctor needs to file claims for services you receive. Please present your Blue KC ID card each time you receive healthcare services.
You can view, email, text, and print a copy of your ID card from your member portal. Log in to MyBlueKC.com and visit the “ID Card” page.
