IT COSTS $0 – Your annual preventive visit, which keeps tabs on your overall wellness and helps prevent issues down the line, costs $0 when you visit an in-network doctor or a doctor at a Spira Care Center.
DO IT BY DECEMBER 31 – To earn your $25 ACA Rewards gift card to your choice of national retailers1, have your annual preventive visit by December 31, 2022. You’ll receive your gift card 8 to 10 weeks after your annual preventive visit, perfectly timed for holiday or Valentine’s Day use.

EARN A GIFT CARD FOR EVERY MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY – If you have a family plan, the reward applies to every adult and child on the plan, so a family of four could earn up to $100 in gift cards.

No worries. We make it easy for you to find a primary care doctor.
- Find a doctor in your neighborhood
Visit your member portal at MyBlueKC.com then:- Select Find Care in the left column
- Click Find Doctors, Specialists & Hospitals
- Enter your ZIP in the upper right of the page
- Enter any of the following in the search bar for a list of doctors in your area: PCP, family medicine, internal medicine, general practice, or a specific provider name.
- Go to a Spira Care Center
If you chose a health plan with access to Spira Care (check for the Spira Care logo on your member ID card), you can visit a Spira Care Center for $02. Call 913-297-7472 to make an appointment at one of eight Spira Care Centers in the Kansas City metro area.
