Power U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Study\u2122, now in its 17th year, measures satisfaction among members of 147 health plans in 22 regions throughout the United States by examining six factors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Billing and payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coverage and benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information and communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provider choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Blue KC ranked No. 1 in the Heartland region across all six study factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is an honor to be recognized as an industry leader in member satisfaction by J.D. Power.
