    At one time, a doctor\u2019s order for a test, scan, or procedure meant having it done at the facility scribbled on a script pad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Today there’s SmartShopper, which gives you control to shop for a lower cost location for more than 90 medical procedures \u2013 such as an MRI, colonoscopy, mammogram, surgery, or ultrasound \u2013 and share in the savings in the form of a cash reward.
