All you have to do is login to your\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/members.bluekc.com\/profile\/communication-preferences\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">member portal<\/a> either online or via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluekc.com\/consumer\/member-benefits\/apps\/mybluekc-mobile-app.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MyBlueKC app<\/a>, and then visit the communication preference section. Communication preferences you select for yourself will automatically be applied to dependents on your policy that are under the age of 18.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do even more in the Communication Preference section&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also sign-up for Blue KC Listens, our member panel. This monthly online panel solicits opinions and suggestions to help improve the Blue KC member experience. If you choose to become a panel participant, you\u2019ll occasionally be asked to complete an online survey.
