Reminder: Prescription drug list updates took effect January 1
In November we communicated that updates to the Blue KC Prescription Drug Lists (PDL) would take effect January 1, 2024. We’ve provided the updated PDLs below or you can find them at BlueKC.com.
- KS ACA Drug List (for small employer groups)*
- MO ACA Drug List (for small employer groups)*
- Select Drug List (for large employer groups – previously Preferred PDL)
- Premium Drug List (for large employer and non-ACA small groups)
Members can find their 2024 PDLs on the member portal at MyBlueKC.com, then:
- Click Plan Benefits in the left column
- Click Pharmacy
- Scroll down to Prescription Drug List
Empowering our members, we emphasize the invaluable resources available through our member portal, encouraging them to proactively review accumulators, assess drug pricing, and leverage additional features for a comprehensive understanding of their pharmacy benefit coverage.
