Download member ID cards on the Agent Portal
When a client requests a copy of their member ID card, download it easily on the Agent Portal.
Follow these steps:
- Log into the Agent Portal
- Select Existing Business in the left column
- Select Individual & Family and click on client’s name
- Select ID Card on the left tab, then Print
- Select the download icon in the upper right corner
Clients also can find their member ID card at MyBlueKC.com in the center of the screen under My Information or at the bottom of the MyBlueKC app homepage.
