review of the Prescription Drug Lists (PDL) and other pharmacy programs for drug safety, effectiveness, clinical outcomes, and cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groups with PDL updates effective July 1, 2025.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Large employer groups (100+)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Select PDL<\/strong>&nbsp;routine updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Premium PDL<\/strong>&nbsp;routine updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-ACA small employer groups (2-99, including level-funded ASO)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Premium PDL<\/strong> routine updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ACA small employer groups<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Missouri Essential Health Benefits PDL<\/strong>&nbsp;routine updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kansas Essential Health Benefits PDL<\/strong> routine updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Communications to groups and members<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Impacted large and small employer groups\u00a0<\/strong>will receive an email the week of May 19. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Impacted small employer groups with no email address<\/strong> on file will receive a letter that will be mailed the week of May 19.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Impacted members<\/strong>&nbsp;will receive a&nbsp;letter&nbsp;appropriate
