However, keep in mind that items like hearing aid batteries, cords, or receivers are not included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repairs or replacements are covered when they\u2019re needed due to a change in medical condition, but not if the hearing aids or implants are lost, stolen, or damaged. Deluxe implants or hearing aids are only covered if they\u2019re considered medically necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hearing aid coverage is subject to cost-sharing indicated in your member benefit schedule and may be subject to a benefit year maximum. Initial amplifications for newborns are not subject to any calendar year maximum.<br><br>For questions, please call the customer service phone number on your member ID card.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t\t<div
