This add-on opportunity requires no changes to existing plan benefits. Groups and members can maintain their current benefit structure and network availability while adding access to Spira Care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The expanded network access will be available upon renewal starting January 1, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the Preferred-Care Blue network, capitation is only paid on members that reside within a 16-county area (In Missouri: Platte, Clay, Jackson, Cass, Johnson, Buchanan, Clinton, Ray, Lafayette, Henry, Bates; In Kansas: Johnson, Wyandotte, Miami, Douglas, Leavenworth). This area was selected based on its proximity to Spira Care Centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members enrolled in a plan without an HSA will continue to have no additional cost* when receiving services at a Spira Care Center. Members enrolled in a plan with an HSA will have a low additional cost* when receiving services at a Spira Care Center.
