The expansion applies to small group products and will allow more care choices for employers and members in surrounding counties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Expanded eligibility details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The service area expansion paves the way for companies headquartered in the following counties to access the BlueSelect Plus network and Spira Care through Blue KC small group products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Missouri: Caldwell, Cass, Clay, Clinton, Dekalb, Jackson, Johnson, Lafayette, Platte, Ray<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kansas: Johnson, Wyandotte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Members must seek care, but are not required to live, in these counties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Missouri: Clay, Clinton, Jackson, Johnson, Platte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kansas: Johnson, Wyandotte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Visit the Blue KC Agent Portal for more information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our 2026 Small Group Product Guide is the definitive resource for small group product details.
