The CDC recommends getting vaccinated by the end of October to ensure coverage before flu season peaks<sup>1<\/sup>. Blue KC makes it easy for members of all ages \u2014 infants (6 months and older), children, teens, and adults \u2014 to get vaccinated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The flu shot is especially important for those with chronic conditions like heart and lung disease, asthma, diabetes, and high blood pressure, as it helps reduce the risk of serious complications and hospitalizations<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mammogram<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now is always the perfect time to encourage eligible members to schedule their annual mammogram.
