Blue KC members enrolled in plans with a Health Savings Account or HSA Eligible with exclusive access to Spira Care will incur a predictable, flat fee for non-preventive medical appointments until the plan deductible is met. Preventive services are covered at 100% before and after meeting the deductible. Once the deductible has been met, appointments and services at Spira Care will be at no additional cost.
