If they find an error or eligibility discrepancy, they need to make sure to update their enrollment systems in a timely manner. Blue KC allows a grace period of 60 days to make enrollment adjustments; however, we prefer enrollment is updated prior to eligibility changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you communicate with your clients, please include this important message. We take every precaution to deliver accurate invoices to groups, but errors can occur.
