Those groups include small groups with fewer than 60 members and a limited number of large groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please encourage clients to complete the survey by February 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few things to know about the survey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Small groups must complete the survey to be eligible for an MLR rebate*.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This is the first year we have combined the Employer Size Survey and MLR Survey into one survey; the surveys were combined at the request of brokers and groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groups will no longer receive a separate MLR Survey in June.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This survey is part of our compliance commitment related to the Affordable Care Act and Medicare secondary payor requirements. <strong>If a group does not complete the survey, Blue KC may change the premium rates of their Medicare-eligible employees to reflect Blue KC as the primary payer for coverage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please contact your Blue KC representative if you have questions about the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">*Completing the survey does not guarantee a rebate payment.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t\t<div
