Called multi-factor authentication (MFA), this extra security requires you to verify your identity in more than one way when logging in. MFA launched March 26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019d like more information about enhanced security for your Premium Billing and Claims Settlement account, please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluekc.com\/blueprint\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/03\/mfa_premium_billing_email.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">email <\/a>we sent March 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need help setting up MFA, please see this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluekc.com\/blueprint\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/FINAL_Prem-Billing-MFA-User-Manual.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">User Manual<\/a>.
