The current generation of updates to two Blue KC platforms offers just that, plus refreshed designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agent account<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In June you\u2019ll land on an updated <a href=\"https:\/\/agents.bluekc.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blue KC Agent Account <\/a>\u00a0(formerly referred to as Agent Portal). You\u2019ll get there the same as always, at agents.bluekc.com. If you prefer to enter through BlueKC.com, simply click <strong>Agents<\/strong> on the top navigation, then <strong>Log in to agent account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes you\u2019ll see:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Streamlined homepage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simpler navigation across the top of the page to get you to business, quotes, and resources easier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resource page updates that simplify finding applications, forms, training documents, and marketing materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refreshed FAQs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved search and filtering capabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Have questions? In late June, members will see improvements to each of these sections, plus a new space we\u2019re excited to introduce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>New!<\/em><\/strong> Plan Navigator \u2013 This new experience lets members* select a benefit \u2013 medical, behavioral health, pharmacy, dental, and vision \u2013 and see a customized overview of coverage specific to the member\u2019s health plan. Members will find Plan Navigator in the left navigation of their member account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">*Plan Navigator will not be available to Medicare Supplement or JAA
