Meeting these deadlines will ensure member ID card availability by January 1, 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>October 16, 2026<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Confirm benefit decisions with Blue KC sales representative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>November 23, 2026<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Deliver open enrollment file to Blue KC for <strong>physical<\/strong> ID cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>December 14, 2026<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Deliver open enrollment file to Blue KC for <strong>digital<\/strong> ID cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reminder: Digital member ID card access<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please remind your clients that members can access their ID cards digitally by logging into their member account at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/member.bluekc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>MyBlueKC.com<\/strong><\/a>, where they can view, print, text, or email their ID card. They can also find their digital ID cards at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluekc.com\/employer-covered-member-guide\/my-id-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>MyBlueKC
