Our employees live and work alongside Blue KC members every day, and&nbsp;it\u2019s&nbsp;important to us that we give back to the community we love.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One way&nbsp;Blue KC does that is through partnerships with organizations like&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstcallkc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">First Call<\/a>,&nbsp;a nonprofit dedicated to reducing the impact of addiction in&nbsp;Kansas City.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether&nbsp;it\u2019s&nbsp;volunteering, sharing talent and resources, serving on a board, or helping another way, Blue KC employees embrace the idea that we \u201cGive Where We Live.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rachel Arnett,&nbsp;Blue KC Vice President of Sales, serves on First Call\u2019s board. Their mission is important to her because she recognizes that one person\u2019s healing creates a stronger community.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She and Emily Hage, First Call
