Spira Care offers next-day and same-day appointments \u2013 in person, by telephone, or by video visit. Plus, for care needs that can\u2019t wait, Spira Care has after-hours, on-call providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*Blue KC members enrolled in plans with exclusive access to Spira Care Centers (without a Health Savings Account) will have no costs for any procedure provided at a Spira Care Center. Blue KC members enrolled in plans with exclusive access to Spira Care Centers (with a Health Savings Account or HSA eligible) will have an affordable charge for services. Preventive services are covered at 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
