Follow these tips for success when using Premium Billing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tip #1: Create your Premium Billing account and password<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Create a Premium Billing account<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click Go to Sign In Page<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Create an Account<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter your email address and click Email Verification<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You will receive an email with an access code. Type in the access code. You will not be able to cut and paste this code.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Tip #2: Add a payment account <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    After creating your Premium Billing account, set up a payment account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to the Sub-Groups<\/strong> tab in the left navigation and click into the appropriate sub-group located under Sub-Group Name<\/strong> in the middle of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click the Payments<\/strong> tab on the horizontal ribbon under your sub-group number and name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click the Add<\/strong> button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4.  Fill in the required fields. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Apply<\/strong> and then Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Tip #3: Set up recurring payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Never forget a payment when you set up recurring payments. If you had recurring payments set up on the previous billing system you must re-establish it on Premium Billing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to the Sub-Groups<\/strong> tab in the left navigation and click into the appropriate sub-group located under Sub-Group Name<\/strong> in the middle of the screen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click the Payments<\/strong> tab on the horizontal ribbon under your sub-group number and name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click the Recurring Payments<\/strong> sub tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click the blue Create Recurring Payment<\/strong> button and fill in the required fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Follow these steps for each sub-group that requires recurring payments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Tip #4: Make a one-time payment <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Make manual payments each month by following these steps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Go to the Sub-Groups<\/strong> tab in the left navigation and click into the appropriate sub-group located under Sub-Group Name<\/strong> in the middle of the screen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Click the Payments<\/strong> tab on the horizontal ribbon under your sub-group number and name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click Make Payment<\/strong> button and fill in the required fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Click Make Payment<\/strong> to complete the payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Tip #5: Solve log-in issues<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          If you\u2019re having trouble getting logged in after creating your account, try clearing your browser cookies and cache. Here’s a helpful link<\/a> for Google Chrome users. The steps to do this will differ depending on your internet browser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
