Also, in collaboration with BioNexus, we announced 2024 health equity research grant recipients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SQM Call Center Industry Awards of Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blue KC received the following awards from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqmgroup.com\/awarding\/awards-program-overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SQM Call Center Industry Awards of Excellence program<\/a>: Call Center of the Year Award Finalist, Call Center World Class FCR Certification for the Federal Employee Program, and the World Class Employee Experience Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluekc.com\/press-release\/blue-kc-recognized-for-world-class-customer-service-by-sqm-group-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blue KC Recognized for World-Class Customer Service by SQM Group Press Release<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kansas City Business Journal Healthiest Employer Award<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blue KC was honored as a Healthiest Employer Award winner in the large business category.
