The letter will include instructions on how to get help understanding their options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the second communication Blue MA members will receive since Blue KC announced in June that it will exit the MA market. See upcoming <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluekc.com\/blueprint\/gated-agent\/blue-kc-announces-it-will-exit-medicare-advantage-market\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">important dates<\/a>
