{"id":4447,"date":"2024-09-27T14:56:28","date_gmt":"2024-09-27T19:56:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bluekc.com\/blueprint\/?p=4447"},"modified":"2024-09-27T14:56:28","modified_gmt":"2024-09-27T19:56:28","slug":"open-enrollment-submission-dates-for-fall-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bluekc.com\/blueprint\/gated-employers\/open-enrollment-submission-dates-for-fall-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Open enrollment submission dates for fall 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Blue KC offers two open enrollment deadlines \u2013 one for physical member ID cards and one for digital member ID cards \u2013 to provide flexibility as you manage your 2024 open enrollment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit benefit information and open enrollment files\/eligibility updates to Blue KC based on the following schedule to ensure new member ID cards are available to your employees by January 1, 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>October 18, 2024 \u2013 Paperwork deadline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November 21, 2024 \u2013 Eligibility file \u2013 Physical member ID card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>December 13, 2024 \u2013 Eligibility file \u2013 Digital member ID card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note for Small Groups:<\/strong> If your group makes plan changes after this timeframe, employees will receive updated member ID cards once plan changes have been processed. Employees should continue to use their existing member ID cards until replacement cards arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your employees can access their member ID cards digitally by logging into their member portal at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/member.bluekc.com\/dashboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>MyBlueKC.com<\/strong><\/a>, where they can view, print, text, or email their ID card. They can also find their digital ID card at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluekc.com\/consumer\/member-benefits\/apps\/mybluekc-mobile-app.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>MyBlueKC mobile app<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please contact your Blue KC representative with questions about open enrollment.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t\t<div
