Upon log in they are asked to confirm their identity by entering the six-digit verification code that was emailed to them. Members can choose how often they prefer to receive a verification code.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Text message verification codes<\/strong>: By the end of 2024, members can decide whether they want to receive the six-digit verification code via email or text message, providing added customization and ease to this experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Removal of Google &amp; Apple login options<\/strong>: On December 2, 2024, we discontinued Google and Apple login options to align with updated best practices for healthcare and financial services organizations. Members who have used these options were notified in November with applicable instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If your employees need assistance accessing their accounts online, they can call Customer Service at the number on their member ID card.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t\t<div id=\"daexthefu-container\"\r\n\t\t\t\tclass=\"daexthefu-container daexthefu-layout-side-by-side
