The reconciliation period will decrease from 15 months to nine months after the end of the applicable term. Blue KC is making this change to align with the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Groups must maintain active medical coverage with Blue KC at the time of the settlement calculation to be eligible to receive a surplus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Updated contracts will be included in level funded small group renewal packets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please contact your Blue KC representative if you have questions about settlement
