The updates are targeted for April 10, 2025, and will include a required password reset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>More about April 10 security updates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Password reset:<\/strong> When you visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/agents.bluekc.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blue KC Agent Portal<\/a> starting the evening of April 10, you will not be able to log in with your current password and will need to set a new one. To reset your password, click <strong>Forgot your password?<\/strong> and follow the instructions. Then log in with your username and new password.<ul><li>If you have multiple linked accounts and use one login to switch between them, you only need to reset the password for your main account.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have multiple accounts that are not linked, you will need to reset the password for each.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Six-digit verification code at log in:<\/strong> Upon log in, you will be asked to confirm your identity by entering the six-digit verification code that was emailed to you. You can choose how often you prefer to receive a verification code and if you want future verification codes sent via text or automated phone call.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need assistance
