Here are a few reminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Plan effective dates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Members must have enrolled by December 18 for a January 1, 2025, effective date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members must enroll by January 15 for a February 1, 2025, effective date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Spira Care: A key differentiator<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Choice plans offer access to Spira Care Centers, which is a key differentiator in the market.
