The survey is key to determining Medicare as primary or secondary payer for your Medicare-eligible employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The letter includes a link and a QR code to access the survey and instructions to use your Blue KC group ID to log in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please complete the survey by mid-February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have questions about the survey, please call our Coordination of Benefits unit at 816-395-3877.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Not all groups qualify to participate in the survey.
