Access Your Member Account<\/strong>
Visit MyBlueKC.com<\/a> or download the MyBlueKC mobile app and register using the information on your Blue KC Member ID card.

View Your Member Certificate<\/strong>
Your Member Certificate provides detailed information about your Blue KC coverage. You can refer to this document for an in-depth look at your plan benefits, covered services, provisions, programs offered, contact information, and more. You can access this information by:
1. Logging into your member account on MyBlueKC.com
2. Find ‘Plan Benefits’ on the left
3. Select the ‘Plan Documents’ button
4. Click ‘Download Medical Benefit Booklet’<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find Care<\/strong>
You have access to the Find Care tool to search for in-network doctors, dentists, hospitals or procedures. You can also estimate out-of-pocket costs, compare options and read reviews. To use the Find Care tool, log into your member account on MyBlueKC.com and click ‘Find Care’ in the left-hand navigation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access Your Digital Member ID Card<\/strong>
Blue KC makes it easier than ever to access your Member ID card anytime, anywhere. You can view, download or email a digital version of your Member ID card by logging into MyBlueKC.com and clicking ‘ID Card’ in the left-hand navigation.

Manage Your Pharmacy Benefits<\/strong>
When you select the ‘Pharmacy and Prescriptions’ tab in your member account on MyBlueKC.com, you have the ability to manage your prescriptions, find an in-network pharmacy and identify potential prescription savings. You can also find additional pharmacy FAQs as well as your plan’s prescription drug list.
