We were here for good in 2019.
At Blue KC, we’re always challenging ourselves to do more to improve the quality of life here in the Kansas City region. Our members depend on it. Our community depends on it. The future depends on it.
2019 was a year for bold, transformational initiatives. We enhanced the member experience, making it more personalized than ever before. We improved care access to meet the needs of our millennials and seniors. We invested in programs to treat behavioral health, opioid addiction and food insecurity. And as always, we were present in the community – donating hundreds of volunteer hours to dozens of charitable causes.
Looking back on all the good we did in 2019, this only begins to scratch the surface. We hope you’ll read on and discover all the ways we touched lives and worked to make our communities healthier and stronger.
