The latest MyBlueKC app release included important security updates. Members who log in using biometrics, such as face or thumbprint ID, may need to redownload the app so biometrics can be reset with the new security measures.
Once reset, members can access the app and everything it offers:
- Find in-network providers with Find Care
- View claims status
- Visit with a doctor or behavioral healthcare provider using virtual care
- Access member ID card
- Access benefit information
- Track deductible and out-of-pocket spending
Please share this information with clients who have had issues with the app. If they continue to have issues, they can call the Customer Service number on their member ID cards for assistance.
