Employer/Group and ACA Individual & Family plan (ACA IFP) members
Blue KC will issue new member ID cards to renewing employer/group and ACA IFP members. The cards will be sent upon renewal throughout 2024. The new cards will have an updated QR code, which links to the Benefit Summary.
Blue Medicare Advantage members
Blue Medicare Advantage renewing members will also receive new member ID cards. The new cards will have a white background, making them easier to read.
