OEP marketing strategy aims to empower ACA consumers

See what clients and future clients will see as part of Blue KC’s 2023 OEP marketing campaign. “This is My Plan” campaign aims to empower ACA consumers and features Kansas Citians posing in front of beloved KC landmarks. Messaging focuses on consumer access, budget, and plan options.

The acquisition campaign includes direct mail, digital banner ads, paid search, social, email, and radio. The campaign kicks off November 1 and will be live through January 15, with urgency messaging ramping up in December.

The retention campaign includes a brochure, renewal kit, and emails. The brochure will be included with the annual CMS notice. The renewal kit will deliver several weeks later with reminder emails dropping weekly through December 15.
