On a cold February day at the Compass Minerals National Performance Center, all eyes were on the Sporting Samaritan program. Sporting Samaritan winners, Sporting KC, school district leaders, and Blue KC talked about shared passions, the program, and the confluence of good that comes from it. Then, Matt Besler, former Sporting KC and US Men’s National Team treated attendees to a behind-the-scenes tour of the Compass Minerals world-class soccer training facility.
