Choosing a Medicare plan can be confusing. We created an Employer Playbook to help simplify the process. It includes a variety of tools and resources to help ensure employees feel informed and confident about the decisions they make for themselves. It’s also useful when it comes to helping a loved one navigate the world of Medicare.
Social Needs Survey Employer Playbook: Promoting Health Equity in the Workplace
Blue KC understands that one of the most effective ways to impact health equity is to understand and address the social needs of employees, including access to things like affordable housing, nutritious food, and transportation. Blue KC’s Community Health Team has developed a survey to help get a pulse on your own employees’ social needs.
This playbook comes with instructions on how to obtain a survey link that’s unique to your organization. All responses will be anonymous and confidential. The playbook also includes a campaign action plan, a preview of questions, sample messaging to introduce and administer the survey, plus a snapshot of results.
