Have you scheduled your end-of-the-year doctor visit?
Fall is a busy time of the year. School is back in session, cold and flu season is right around the corner, and pumpkin-spiced drinks are everywhere. Fall is also when we realize we need to visit our doctor before the end of the year. To help you, we created an easy way to track and complete your “to-dos” on the A Healthier You (AHY) portal. Using the Preventive Action cards on the AHY portal, you can see the tasks you’ve finished and the ones you still need to do. Completing these tasks will earn you points that you can use to enter monthly sweepstakes for a chance to win digital gift cards!
To access the Preventive Actions card, log in to your AHY portal and select the first card under “My Care Plan.”
If you haven’t completed any of these actions, you will see a blank checkmark next to it:
As you complete activities, a green checkmark will appear next to that action, and you will be awarded points for it. Cancer screening points are awarded on an annual basis until you are due for that screening again.
Preventive Action cards are a quick and easy way to confirm completion of certain activities such as the Health Risk Assessment, biometric screenings (if offered through your employer), your annual preventive exam, and more.
Once you complete activities and have earned points, pat yourself on the back for a job well done! Don’t forget to use your points to enter for a chance to win digital gift cards.
