Your feedback matters!
Throughout the year, we reach out to our members to get feedback on their experiences with Blue KC. We value the input and insights from you and use the information to update and make the Blue KC customer experience even better.
These surveys are conducted by phone and email by three vendors acting on our behalf:
- Sparks Research – conducts phone and email surveys. The phone number appearing on the caller ID when they contact a member is 864-722-0371; the email address they use is firstname.lastname@example.org.
- SQM Group – conducts phone and email surveys. The phone number they use is 816-256-3821; the email address they use is email@example.com.
- SPH Analytics – conducts phone and email surveys. The phone number they use is 817-665-8325; the email address they use is QHP@sphsurvey.com.
We also directly send surveys to members from the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are contacted by these vendors to complete a survey, we hope you share your feedback about your Blue KC experience. We review all survey information to identify opportunities for improvement.
You can also join our Blue KC Listens member panel to help us improve member experience. As a member of Blue KC Listens, you’ll occasionally be asked to complete an online survey. As a “thank you” for each survey you complete, you’ll receive a chance to win an Amazon gift card. The more you make your voice heard, the better we can serve you!
