To sign up, visit the Communication Preferences section of MyBlueKC.com and opt in to be a panel member. You can find that section under your profile. Simply click on your name in the upper right corner of your member homepage and select “Communication Preferences.” From there, select “Update” to opt-in to Blue KC Listens.
