Rates for Missouri members in 365-day Short-Term Plus plans – for coverage starting January 1, 2026 – are available on the Blue KC Agent Portal. Once logged in go to:

- Individual & Family
- Line of Business (filter by Short Term)
- View Details
Here you will see names of clients in Missouri short-term plans, their current plan information, future plan information, and rates. Blue KC has mailed renewal letters to these members.
As a reminder:
- Missouri members in 365-day Short-Term Plus plans will automatically renew coverage on January 1, 2026.
- Missouri and Kansas members in 90-day plans and Kansas members in 365-day plans will need to re-apply for 2026 coverage, subject to underwriting.
