Members in 2025 fully insured plans can download Form 1095-B starting February 1
While not needed for their tax return, some members may need Form 1095-B to demonstrate MEC for nontax-related purposes. If a member was enrolled in a 2025 fully insured plan, here’s how they can download the form:
- Visit MyBlueKC.com and log in
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click Find a Form
- Click 1095-B Tax Form
The form is available starting February 1, 2026. Members also can request the form by calling Customer Service at the number on their member ID card.
