Here’s something new: Blue KC members can now log in to their RxSS account to start a secure one-on-one web chat with a pharmacy technician.

- Use this convenient resource to get real-time support and learn about other potentially lower-cost options you may have for prescriptions.
- This personalized chat feature is available Monday–Friday from 7 a.m.–8 p.m. CT.
- Access your RxSS account online to start a chat today.
You can also access RxSS by downloading the MyBlueKC App at bluekc.com/mybluekcapp. Once downloaded, click Plan Benefits & Coverage > Pharmacy Plan Benefits > Spend Less on Prescription Drugs (Continue to Rx Savings Solutions).
