Open Enrollment deadlines for small businesses
Open Enrollment for your employees is just a couple months away. Be prepared by noting these target deadlines. Meeting them will ensure member ID cards are available by January 1, 2027.
- October 30, 2026 – Confirm benefit decisions with Blue KC sales representative
- November 20, 2026 – Deliver open enrollment file or submit BluesEnroll elections to Blue KC for physical ID cards
- December 11, 2026 – Deliver open enrollment file or submit BluesEnroll elections to Blue KC for digital ID cards
Reminder: Digital member ID card access
Members can access their ID cards digitally by logging into their member account at MyBlueKC.com, where they can view, print, text, or email their ID card. They can also find their digital ID cards in the MyBlueKC mobile app.
