Blue KC Customer Service hours
As you talk to clients this summer, please remind them of Blue KC’s Customer Service hours:
Commercial, ACA/IFP, and Medicare Supplement members
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday
- During these hours, Blue KC members can call Customer Service at the number on their member ID card or 816-395-3558 or 888-989-8842 (toll-free).
Blue Medicare Advantage members
- April 1 to Sept. 30: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Oct. 1 to March 31: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., 7 days a week
- During these hours, Blue Medicare Advantage members can call Customer Service at the number on their member ID card or 866-508-7140.
If members need assistance outside these hours, they can visit MyBlueKC.com or call one of the numbers listed above and request a callback for the next business day.
