ACA agent recertification launches soon
The CMS 2027 Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) training year begins in the coming month. Look to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC) to initiate your annual recertification process in late August or early September*.
When the recertification process launches, you will receive an email from producerinfo@bluekc.com with the subject line “Blue KC Invites You to Recertify.” It will include:
- A link to your certification case and login information
- Contact information for assistance
You have until the end of 2027 to access your certification case and recertify. Please remember that ACA commissions cannot be paid if you do not complete the annual certification for both CMS FFM and Blue KC.

*Exact timing may vary due to factors such as the launch of the CMS FFM course for the year.
