ACA agent recertification starts soon
As the 2026 CMS Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) training year begins, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC) will initiate the annual recertification process in late August*.
When the recertification process launches, you will receive an email from producerinfo@bluekc.com with the subject line “Blue KC Invites You to Recertify.” It will include:
- A link to your certification case and login information
- Contact information for assistance
You have until the end of 2026 to access your certification case and recertify. Please remember that ACA commissions cannot be paid if you do not complete the annual certification for both CMS FFM and Blue KC.
If you do not receive the recertification email, please contact producerinfo@bluekc.com.
*Exact timing may vary due to factors such as the launch of the CMS FFM course for the year.
